FastThreads Program Terms & COnditions
Program is available on a limited basis and subject to an additional rush fee equal to 30% of total rushed order value. Customer understands and agrees that this service is offered as a solution to emergency delivery needs, that FastThread rush order manufacturing process is different from standard delivery manufacturing process, and that this will cause discrepancies between previous patches and patches manufactured with FastThread rush order manufacturing. Design itself, thread direction and colors will be slightly different; customer understands that inconsistencies are inevitable by using this method of production.
FastThread times refer to the period between time of order placement or, when sample approval is requested, time of sample approval, and shipment from Hero’s Pride warehouse to customer address. Order time is 7 working days or less, and as little as 5 working days starts from date of order placement, or, when sample approval is requested, time of sample approval, provided order or sample approval is received by 2pm Eastern Time. Delivery time from Hero’s Pride warehouse to customer address depends on customer address distance from Hero’s Pride warehouse and shipment method used. Hero’s Pride is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather-delays, flight cancellations, or customs delays. Hero’s Pride will, however, refund customer FastThread fee if order is not shipped from Hero’s Pride warehouse within 5 working days from date of order.
Rush Order Program Terms & COnditions

Rush Order refers to the period between time of order placement or, when sample approval is requested, time of sample approval, and shipment from Hero’s Pride warehouse to customer address. Order time of 11 working days starts from date of order placement, or, when sample approval is requested, time of sample approval, provided order or sample approval is received by 2pm Pacific Time. Delivery time from Hero’s Pride warehouse to customer address depends on customer address distance from Hero’s Pride warehouse and shipment method used. Hero’s Pride is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather-delays, flight cancellation, or customs delays. Hero’s Pride will, however, refund customer Rush Order fee if order is not shipped from within 11 working days from date of order.
