INTRODUCING:

EAGLE - ENHANCED ADAPTABLE GEAR FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT
STEP 1:
Lay out strap and malice clips as shown (note: middle tab should have loop material facing you)
STEP 2:
Slide malice clips through slits of the right-hand, outer tab. (Note: malice clip tab should face the other side)
Step 3:
Slide strap through pouch belt loop as shown.
STEP 4:
Fold right-hand tab on top of center tab. Pull tab leftward, to ensure a complete overlap and tight adhesion.
STEP 5:
Fold left-hand tab on top of center tab. Pull tab rightward, to ensure a complete overlap and tight adhesion.
STEP 6:
Weave the Mallice clip through the first strip of the MOLLE system, then through the slots in the back of the EAGLE center tab, and once again through another strip of MOLLE system.
STEP 7:
Lock Mallice clips in place for a secure fit.
