Our website accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Our website also accepts orders with your approved “Net” terms if already setup with Hero’s Pride.
Hero’s Pride only sells through authorized resellers, so no tax will be charged if you are reselling our products and have a sales tax card on file with us. Without a sales tax card on file, CA sales tax will be charged on all shipments made within CA.
All orders will be reviewed— while we make every effort to keep our website error-free, occasionally a mistake will occur, we therefore reserve the right to correct the error. If pricing, terms, or other issues arise, you will be notified before we start the order.
Invoices are processed the day after the order is shipped and billed. Most invoices are sent by email, but even the mailed invoice will sometimes arrive before the shipment. Rest assured, if you received your invoice, your package was shipped.
Do you recall receiving our emailed notification of your package being processed and shipped? These notifications include the shipping method and tracking number. If not, consider providing your Hero’s Pride Account Manager with an email address for future notifications.
UPS handles most of our shipping; FedEx, DHL and USPS are occasionally used. 2-Day and Next Day services are available. Shipping charges for orders shipped with Net Terms are calculated by weight and zone when packed and ready for shipment; shipping charges for orders placed by credit card and PayPal are based on estimates. A street address is required for UPS delivery.
Custom Patch manufacturing time is 14-17 days for reorders and 17-19 days if new to us. Need it sooner? Ask us about our 5 & 8 day rush programs
Custom Metal Pin manufacturing time is 30 days for reorders and 35 days if new to us.
