Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed on every stock and custom order—we want you to be happy.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: for international transactions, please see info at the bottom of this page.
If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days and we will replace your product, remake it (for custom products), or provide a refund*.
Initiating a return is easy:
- Log into your account (top, right of your screen)
- Click on “ORDERS”; this will show your order history
- Locate the product you want to return
- Click on “Return Items?” on the right side of the screen
- Enter the quantity of items you want to return
- Select a return reason
- Select a credit option
- Click on “SUBMIT RETURN REQUEST”
We will process your request and email you, when your return has been processed.

Please note that, for international transactions, returns will be accepted only for product manufacturing defects and warranted issues (product received is wrong, or product size and features are substantially wrong).
To initiate a product return for international shipments, please email email@example.com; please include your name, email addressed used when ordering, order number, product affected and a description of the issue covered by warranty.
