Returns & Replacements

Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed on every stock and custom order—we want you to be happy.

If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days and we will replace your product, remake it (for custom products), or provide a refund*. 

Initiating a return is easy:

  1. Log into your account (top, right of your screen)
  2. Click on “ORDERS”; this will show your order history
  3. Locate the product you want to return
  4. Click on “Return Items?” on the right side of the screen
  5. Enter the quantity of items you want to return
  6. Select a return reason
  7. Select a credit option
  8. Click on “SUBMIT RETURN REQUEST”

We will process your request and email you, when your return has been processed.

* Custom product refunds are provided only for manufacturing defects or differences between approved samples and production items. Refund includes price of product and taxes; shipping and handling fees are refunded for defective products, and for shipping errors and other product issues attributable to Hero’s Pride
