Returns & Replacements

Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed on every stock and custom order—we want you to be happy.

 

If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days and we will replace your product, remake it (for custom products), or provide a refund*. 

 

Initiating a return or replacement is easy:

  1. Log into your account (top, right of your screen)
  2. Click on “ORDERS“; this will show your order history
  3. Locate the product you want to return/replace from the list of orders you will see in the Order page
  4. Click on “Return Items?” on the right side of the screen
  5. Enter the quantity of items you want to return or replace
  6. Select a return reason
  7. Select a credit option
    1. If you want a refund or store credit, no other information is needed
    2. If you want to replace your product, please indicate what you would like as replacement in the Comments box
  8. Click on “SUBMIT RETURN REQUEST

 

We will process your request and email you, when your return or replacement has been processed.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTIONS:

Please note that, for international transactions, returns will be accepted only for product manufacturing defects and warranted issues (product received is wrong, or product size and features are substantially wrong).

 

To initiate a product return for international shipments, please email info@herospride.com; please include your name, email addressed used when ordering, order number, product affected and a description of the issue covered by warranty.

* Custom product refunds are provided only for manufacturing defects or differences between approved samples and production items. Refund includes price of product and taxes; shipping and handling fees are refunded for defective products, and for shipping errors and other product issues attributable to Hero’s Pride
