Hero’s Pride® products are designed and constructed to be free of defects in material and craftsmanship for the general lifetime of the product and are warranted to the original purchaser.

The below areas will not be covered by the Hero’s Pride® warranty:
- Damage caused by modification
- Damage caused by negligence

- Damage caused by using product outside of its intended functionality
How to submit a warranty product replacement request

Please provide the following information when contacting us:
- Tell us what you are sending back – Product Item Number or Product Name
- Tell us why you are sending back – what is the product defect or damage
- Provide your first and last name, email address, best telephone contact number and shipping address
Once you have received approval on your warranty product replacement request, please follow the below instructions to ship your product to Hero’s Pride® for replacement:
- Ship the product along with a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Include a brief description of the product damage or defect
- Include a copy of your approved warranty product replacement request
- Identify the area of defect or damage with tape or paper (if applicable to your return)

Please be aware of the below conditions for warranty product replacement:
- You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping
- Using a preferred shipping method is your choice, but we do recommend having the shipment insured (Hero’s Pride® is not responsible for the return product during shipping time from customer to our warranty department)
Process for Issuing your Replacement Product
After your defect or damaged product has been received, we will evaluate it to determine if the product issue falls within Hero’s Pride® warranty guidelines. All replacement rejections and approvals are at the discretion of Hero’s Pride® and are final.
We will contact you via the email address you provided to confirm if your product replacement has been approved or denied. If approved, we will confirm the shipping address and provide the shipping tracking number and estimated delivery of your replacement item. If your warranty submission has been denied, we will include an Explanation of Rejection statement, confirmation of your shipping address where we will return the original item, and a shipping tracking number.
All product items will be shipped UPS ground.
