Terms and Conditions for Promotion
Effective Dates: This promotion is valid for purchases at full retail price made on HerosPride.com between 12:01am EST on May 22, 2025 and 11:59pm EST on May 26, 2025 unless terminated earlier at the sole discretion of Hero’s Pride.

Promotion Details:
1. Retail customers purchasing items at full retail price are eligible for a discount of 20% off the retail price of all eligible products.
2. Eligible products include all items sold at full retail price during the period of the promotion, excluding items outlined under par. 7, “Exclusions”.
3. Discount will be applied to any purchase of $30 or more. Qualifying totals include included and excluded items.
4. Should the purchase include products under par. 7, “Exclusions”, discount will be applied to qualifying items only
5. Qualifying totals exclude taxes and shipping fees
6. Customers must use the promo code MEMORIAL25 at checkout to activate the discount. Hero’s Pride is unable to extend discounts after completion of the checkout process if the promo code is not used during the checkout process.
7. Exclusions: The following items are excluded from and not eligible for discount:
o All Flex items
o All Edge items
o All FTK kits
o All medical items
o All tourniquets
o Any items already discounted

1. Eligibility:
o This promotion is available only to retail customers purchasing at retail pricing. Wholesale or bulk orders do not qualify.
2. Combination with Other Offers:
o This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotional codes.
3. No Rainchecks:
o Discounts apply only during the promotion period and are subject to availability. No rainchecks will be provided.
4. Promo Code Usage:
o The promo code MEMORIAL25 must be applied at checkout to receive discount. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
5. Modification and Termination:
o The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
6. Errors and Misuse:
o The Company is not responsible for errors in promotional codes or misuse by customers. Discounts will not be honored in cases of fraud or abuse.
7. Limitation of Liability:
o The Company is not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with this promotion.
8. Governing Law:
o These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
