How to Apply FlexShield To A Uniform

LOW MELT BACKING WITH TOP HEAT & BOTTOM HEAT - GARMENTS

Top Temperature: 275°-285° F
BottomTemperature: 270°-280° F
Pressure: 50-70 PSI
Preheat: N/A
Dwell Time: 15-18 seconds
Instructions: Remove garment from heat press and remove the clear top carrier from emblem once cooled. Use a Silicone Pad to protect the patch.

LOW MELT BACKING WITH A TOP HEAT PRESS - GARMENTS

Temperature: 355°-365° F
Pressure: 40-50 PSI
Preheat: 15-20 seconds
Dwell Time: 15-20 seconds
Instructions: Remove garment from heat press and remove the clear top carrier from emblem once cooled. Use a Silicone Pad to protect the patch.

LOW MELT BACKING WITH HAT HEAT PRESS - HATS

Top Temperature: 275°-285° F
Bottom Temperature: 315°-320° F
Pressure: 50-70 PSI
Preheat: N/A
Dwell Time: 15-18 seconds
Instructions: Place hat on heat press, leaving out the inner layer of the cap. Remove garment from heat press and remove the clear top carrier from emblem once cooled. Use a Silicone Pad to protect the patch.
