LOW MELT BACKING WITH TOP HEAT & BOTTOM HEAT - GARMENTS
- Top Temperature: 275°-285° F
- BottomTemperature: 270°-280° F
- Pressure: 50-70 PSI
- Preheat: N/A
- Dwell Time: 15-18 seconds
- Instructions: Remove garment from heat press and remove the clear top carrier from emblem once cooled. Use a Silicone Pad to protect the patch.
LOW MELT BACKING WITH A TOP HEAT PRESS - GARMENTS
- Temperature: 355°-365° F
- Pressure: 40-50 PSI
- Preheat: 15-20 seconds
- Dwell Time: 15-20 seconds
- Instructions: Remove garment from heat press and remove the clear top carrier from emblem once cooled. Use a Silicone Pad to protect the patch.
LOW MELT BACKING WITH HAT HEAT PRESS - HATS
- Top Temperature: 275°-285° F
- Bottom Temperature: 315°-320° F
- Pressure: 50-70 PSI
- Preheat: N/A
- Dwell Time: 15-18 seconds
- Instructions: Place hat on heat press, leaving out the inner layer of the cap. Remove garment from heat press and remove the clear top carrier from emblem once cooled. Use a Silicone Pad to protect the patch.
