FlexShield “Win Your Order” Promotion – Terms and Conditions
1. Promotion Period
The FlexShield “Win Your Order” promotion (“Promotion”) runs from July 1, 2025 through September 30, 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to Hero’s Pride retail customers who place direct FlexShield orders with Hero’s Pride during the Promotion Period. Distributors and resellers are not eligible.
3. How to Enter
Each eligible FlexShield order placed during the Promotion Period will be automatically entered into a drawing. There is no limit to the number of entries; each qualifying order counts as a separate entry.
4. Prize
One winning order will be drawn at random at regular intervals during the Promotion Period. The winner will receive a credit equal to the value of their winning FlexShield order, up to $300. This credit will be applied to the customer’s account.
5. Drawing Process
Hero’s Pride will draw one winner at a time from the list of all eligible orders.
Once an order has been selected and declared a winner, it is removed from the pool of eligible entries.
All remaining eligible orders will continue to be included in future drawings throughout the Promotion Period.
A customer may win more than once if they place multiple eligible orders, but no single order may win more than once.
6. Notification
Winners will be notified via email or phone using the contact information on file.
7. Credit Redemption
Credits awarded through the Promotion may only be used for future purchases from Hero’s Pride and have no cash value.
8. General Conditions
Hero’s Pride reserves the right to modify or terminate the Promotion at any time without notice. All decisions regarding winner selection and eligibility are final.
