Terms and Conditions for Promotion
Effective Dates: This promotion is valid for purchases at retail price made between November 27 at 12:01am PST and December 2 at 11:59pm PST, unless terminated earlier at the sole discretion of Hero’s Pride.
Promotion Details:
1. Tiered Discount Offer:
Retail customers purchasing items at retail pricing are eligible for the following discounts, applicable to qualifying items in the basked and based on their total qualifying purchase:
- 15% Discount for purchases over $50.
- 20% Discount for purchases over $100.
- 25% Discount for purchases over $150.
Qualifying totals exclude taxes and shipping fees.
Customers must use the promo code BFPROMO24 at checkout to activate the discount.
Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or discounts, with the exception of the Special Discount on Tactical EDC Belts.
Tiered discount will be applied to qualified items only. Excluded items, identified in the “Exclusions” paragraph below do not qualify for discount but count towards the qualifying total.
Void where prohibited.
2. Exclusions:
The following items count towards the total purchase threshold indicated under “Tiered Discount Offer” but are excluded from and not eligible for the tiered discount promotion:
- All FTK kits.
- All EDGE products
- All medical kits, including IPOK, IAK, CORE.
- All tourniquets.
- All nitrile gloves.
- All dressing products, including QuickClot, burn dressing, hemostatic dressing.
- All gauze products.
- NAR Trauma shears.
- Surgical tape and duct tape.
- Nasopharyngeal products.
- All chest seal product.
- The following Tactical EDC belt codes:
- 1340 (all sizes, all colors)
- 1341 (all sizes, all colors)
- 1342 (all sizes, all colors)
- 1344 (all sizes, all colors)
- 1345 (all sizes, all colors)
3. Special Discount on Tactical EDC Belts:
During the promotion period, customers may purchase the following Tactical belts at a 75% discount off their retail price:
- 1340 (all sizes, excludes color black)
- 1341 (all sizes, excludes color black)
- 1342 (all sizes, all colors)
- 1344 (all sizes, excludes color black)
- 1345 (all sizes, excludes color black)
This discount is separate from the tiered discount offer and applies only to the Tactical belt models indicated above.
General Terms:
1. Eligibility:
This promotion is available only to retail customers purchasing at retail pricing. Wholesale or bulk orders do not qualify.
2. Combination with Other Offers:
This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotional codes, with the exclusion of the automatic 75% off discount on eligible EDC Tactical belts.
3. No Rainchecks:
Discounts apply only during the promotion period and are subject to availability. No rainchecks will be provided.
4. Promo Code Usage:
The promo code BFPROMO24 must be applied at checkout to receive the tiered discount. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
5. Modification and Termination:
The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
6. Errors and Misuse:
The Company is not responsible for errors in promotional codes or misuse by customers. Discounts will not be honored in cases of fraud or abuse.
7. Limitation of Liability:
The Company is not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with this promotion.
8. Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
